Who We Are
Joanne Matz,
OTR/L, CLT-LANA
Joanne
is the founder and owner of Lymphatic Therapy Services, Inc. Her vision
has been to develop a center of excellence for the treatment of lymphedema
and to be a resource for advocacy and education in the community. Joanne
grew up in Libertyville, Illinois and has lived in Las Vegas since 1995.
She received her B.S. Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University
of Kansas in 1985. She began treating lymphedema patients 7 years ago.
Her lymphedema certification was completed through the Vodder School
of North America. She has received advanced training in breast cancer
rehabilitation.
Laurie DAndrea,
LMT, CLT-LANA
Laurie
was born in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. She has lived in Nevada for 28 years,
12 of those in Las Vegas. She is licensed massage therapist and received
her lymphedema certification from the Vodder School of North America.
She has been treating lymphedema patients for 7 years. She has been
with Lymphatic Therapy Services, Inc. since November, 2002.
Karen Kinney,
COTA/L, CLT
Karen
was born in Michigan where she received her Associate Degree as a Certified
Occupational Therapy from Grand Rapids Community College in 1989. She
has lived in Las Vegas since 1992. She is completing her lymphedema
training with the Casley-Smith School and has been with Lymphatic Therapy
Services, Inc. since July, 2003.
Tricia Richardson,
OTR/L, CLT
Tricia
was born in Canton, Ohio and received her B.S. Degree in Occupational
Therapy from Ohio State University in 1994. She has lived in Las Vegas
since 1997. She has worked with lymphedema patients for 4 years, completing
her training with the Klose-Norton School of Lymphedema Therapy. She
has been with Lymphatic Therapy Services, Inc. since January, 2004.
Paul Robitaille,
Office Manager
Paul is
a native of Shawinigan, Quebec, Canada. He has lived in Las Vegas since
1995. He has been involved with Lymphatic Therapy Services, Inc. since
its inception as part time bookkeeper and Joannes full time husband.
His role expanded to full time office manager in January, 2002. He provides
invaluable support to our staff and patients as scheduler, receptionist,
insurance biller, cheer-leader and problem solver. He brings enthusiasm
and a can-do attitude with him everyday, for which we are
all very grateful
